Tina Baznik (LL.M., MBA) is a mother, entrepreneur, and lawyer who built a successful career over the years as the owner of a law firm. She operated in a world of clear rules, arguments, and responsibility—a world governed by logic and structure. But over time, life invited her onto a much deeper path.
Through her own life challenges and inner turning points, she experienced her “dark night of the soul”—a period that confronted her with the most important question: who am I when all roles, expectations, and external definitions of success fall away? Instead of pushing these questions aside, she chose to explore them. This marked the beginning of her multi-year journey of intensive learning, exploration, and personal transformation. She immersed herself in meditation, breathwork, therapeutic approaches, conscious dance, and work with the body and nervous system, and read hundreds of books on psychology, relationships, consciousness, and inner growth.
A special place on this journey was given to heart-centered work. Today, Tina is also a certified HeartMath coach in heart coherence—a science-based method that helps people restore inner balance, reduce stress, and live more aligned with their intuition and heart intelligence.
Out of this personal experience and years of exploration, her brand INNER SIGNAL was born—a space where she brings together deep inner work, knowledge, and her own life wisdom.
Through her programs, writings, and workshops, Tina creates a safe space for women who feel there is more within them—more truth, more power, more love.
Her work is not just about teaching techniques. It is an invitation for a woman to pause, listen to herself, and reconnect with that quiet yet incredibly reliable compass within.
Her inner signal.
Because she believes that this is where every true change begins—and also where true self-love begins.
As part of Gmedia, Tina Baznik will host the podcast INNER SIGNAL – NOTRANJI POZIV, where she will, together with her guests, unveil layers of profound and often unspoken awareness.
We live in a time when old relationship models are collapsing, the roles of men and women are being redefined, and more and more people feel that something no longer works—yet cannot quite explain what.
And often, we still search for answers outside ourselves instead of allowing ourselves to look within.
Yet this is exactly where change begins—because what we avoid within ourselves inevitably appears in our relationships and our lives.
That is why this podcast opens honest conversations with people who have dared to walk this path—often difficult, painful, but real.
We will also be joined by experts who help us understand what is truly happening within us.
Real stories. Real conversations. Real transformation.
