Martina Ipša

Martina Ipša is a leading Slovenian stand-up comedian and a pioneer of the scene since 2005. She has performed over 2,000 shows in Slovenian, Croatian, and English, including major festivals in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia, as well as international tours across Europe.
She has created two television shows, written scripts for three theatre productions, co-written two feature-length film screenplays, and produced three full-length stand-up specials, including Stend Ap Presents: Martina Ipša (2017, 2019, 2024), aired on POP TV. She has appeared in over 30 episodes of Stand Up & More on Comedy Central Extra.
In 2023, Martina performed a month-long stand-up run in Toronto, Canada. In 2026, she appeared in New Jersey as the winner of the Dublin International Comedy Film Festival (DICFF) stand-up competition. She currently resides in Dublin, Ireland, where she performs regularly in English and studies Drama and Directing at Trinity College Dublin.
